How I handle your information.

This page explains what information Wander Path Coaching collects, why, and what you can do about it. The practice is run by Henrique Castro, a sole proprietor in Washington State, USA. If you have any question about this page, write to hello@wanderpath.coach.

What I collect and why

Waitlist and contact form. When you join the waitlist or send a message, I collect your name, your email address, your preferred language, and anything else you choose to fill in, such as your time zone and the days and times that work for you. I use it to answer you and to tell you when free first calls open. I do not send a newsletter and I do not add you to any list you did not ask for. The form is handled by Netlify, which hosts this site and stores the entries so I can read them. Each entry is also copied to a Google Sheet in my Google account, where I keep the waitlist, by Zapier, a service that moves the entry from Netlify to the sheet and keeps a log of it for a short time.

Booking a call. When calls open, you book through a scheduling tool. It collects your name, email and the time you chose, and sends the appointment to my calendar. The scheduling tool has its own privacy policy.

Email and WhatsApp. If you write to me by email or WhatsApp, I keep the conversation for as long as we work together, so I can follow what we discussed. Email runs on Google Workspace. WhatsApp is run by Meta and has its own privacy policy.

Coaching sessions. During coaching I take short notes about our sessions. They stay in my own files and are not shared with anyone. I do not record sessions unless we agree verbally when we start recording.

Website visits. The site does not use advertising cookies and does not run an analytics tool.

What I do not do

I do not sell your information. I do not share it with anyone except the service providers named above, who need it to run email, scheduling, hosting and the waitlist sheet. I do not use your information for advertising.

How long I keep it

Waitlist and contact details: until calls open and you have been told, or until you ask me to delete them. Client notes: for as long as we work together and up to two years after, unless you ask me to delete them sooner or the law requires a longer period.

Where it is stored

The services I use store data in the United States. If you are in Brazil, this means your data is transferred to the US. I use providers that commit to protecting personal data under their own terms.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask me at any time to see the information I have about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to hello@wanderpath.coach and I will answer within 15 days.

If you are in Brazil. The Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) applies. Henrique Castro is the controller of your data. I process your data on the basis of your consent (waitlist, contact form) and of the contract between us (coaching). You have the rights listed in article 18 of the LGPD, including confirmation that I process your data, access, correction, anonymization or deletion, information about who I share it with, and withdrawal of consent. The person responsible for data protection questions is Henrique Castro, hello@wanderpath.coach. You can also contact the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).

If you are in the United States. You have the rights described above. Some state laws give additional rights; if one applies to you, I will honor it.

Children

This site and the coaching practice are for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Changes that affect how I use your data will be announced by email to people on the waitlist and to clients.
