How I work
I do not bring the answers. I help you find them inside you, and trust them.
I coach by asking questions and paying attention, not by giving advice. We check each choice against how it feels to you, not only against what looks right on paper. By the end, the goal is simple: you know what you want, and you trust yourself to go after it. The work has three parts.
1
Make room
We look at what you are carrying: expectations, old rules, patterns that keep repeating. Some of it is yours. Some of it never was. You keep what is truly yours and put down the rest.
2
Notice what is true for you
With less noise, you can tell apart what you think you should want from what you actually want. You keep a direction you believe in.
3
Take the next step
Small, steady actions toward it, with support for the moments when the people around you do not understand the change. You keep the confidence that comes from moving.
My method draws on more than 25 years of working with coaches as their client, on the coaching I practiced as an executive, product leader and pro bono volunteer, on books that have helped me through my journey, and on the Wayfinder Coaching Program, where I am in training.
